When You Least Expect It

One day Rose Tyler met a mysterious stranger and life was never quite the same again. Soon she realised
that her mum, and her boyfriend, and, infact, the whole of Planet Earth were in danger. While at work at Henrick’s
department store, Rose unwittingly stumbles upon an alien invasion plan. A race known as the Nestene are planning to take
over Earth by creating Autons – creatures made of living plastic. The only hope for salvation lies inside a strange
blue box and with someone called The Doctor

The Autons from this episode were first seen in the original Doctor Who series alongside Jon Pertwee, in two stories
from 1970 and 1971.
